Fred Walker

Fred Walker has more than 30 years’ experience in financial and commercial management roles in small and large businesses. Fred has direct experience in senior management roles in the retail, travel, transport, and service industries. In addition, Fred has worked for many years as a consultant offering specialist accounting, financial planning services.

As an accomplished financial and business strategy consultant and the Director of Walker Strategies, he draws on this diverse experience, as well as his strong industry and professional networks, to offer unique insights into the needs of small and medium businesses to help them secure financial peace of mind for current and future operations.

As a small business owner and family man, Fred understands the personal and business pressures that come owning a company. Fred takes a personal interest in each client and ensures that the services and advice that he and his associates delivers meets your needs.

Fred takes the time to break down the financial and operational journey into a simple, step by step process, with clear and uncomplicated advice. Most importantly, he listens to his client’s needs and wants as he develops tailored financial and operational strategies to meet your business specific requirements.

Fred is also an active community citizen. He has been a member of The Rotary Club of Burwood for over 20 years. Fred and his wife have hosted 9 exchange students for all parts of the globe. He is an active member of Toastmasters, and a past Treasurer and Board member of Burwood Community Welfare Services.
